The Salori Life digital brand launch

A launch plan built on what Salori already does well: real trips, real members, and a founder people want to listen to. All digital, sequenced week by week.

01 · Where we are

The product is ready. Distribution is the gap.

Salori is not a pre-launch startup. The website is live, three departures are on sale, community events run in Delhi NCR, and the Instagram already shows the single hardest thing to fake: reels that reach five to eleven times the follower count. People who see Salori respond to it. Not enough people see it yet.

Working

Content that outperforms

Founder rapid-fire videos and member testimonials consistently reach far beyond the follower base. These two formats are the engine of this whole plan.

Working

Live inventory

Monsoon Soirée (29 Aug to 2 Sept, women only), Kohima & Hornbill (5 to 11 Dec, couples), Jodhpur & Jawai (dates to be announced). Real product to point every post at.

Working

A community engine

Sunder Nursery photowalks and local events give Salori a repeatable, low-effort way to meet its audience in person and create content at the same time.

The launch thesis: Salori does not need one big launch day. It needs a system where every departure becomes a launch, every trip produces the content for the next one, and every piece of content leads somewhere (a WhatsApp conversation, a booking page, a follow).

02 · The idea

Every departure is a launch.

The plan runs on a simple flywheel. Announce a trip, build a countdown, cover the trip live, harvest testimonials, and use those testimonials to launch the next one. Each loop grows the audience the next loop starts from.

The flywheel

  1. Announce A departure goes live. Dina announces it in her rapid-fire format. The website and WhatsApp are ready to convert.
  2. Countdown Two to three weeks of themed content: itinerary teasers, curator introductions, member stories from past trips, practical FAQs.
  3. Cover it live Daily stories and one reel per day while the trip runs. Travel content filmed on location is Salori's best advertising, made from what the trip already produces.
  4. Harvest Within one week of return: testimonial reels, a recap film, photo sets for the website and press.
  5. Relaunch The recap and testimonials become the proof that sells the next departure. Repeat.

Channels, in priority order

Owned

Website + WhatsApp + email

thesalori.com is the destination every post points to. WhatsApp is where conversations convert. An email list starts collecting from day one so Salori owns its audience, not the algorithm.

Rented

Instagram first

One platform, done properly. Instagram is where the audience already is and where the formats already work. Everything else waits until Instagram runs on a steady cadence.

Borrowed

Press + partners + members

Editors, podcast hosts, community partners and happy members lend Salori their audiences. Phase 2 of this plan is built around converting that borrowed attention into follows and WhatsApp chats.

03 · Foundation week · 14 to 20 Aug

Make the house ready before inviting people in.

One week of fixes so that every bit of attention the campaign earns lands on a clean, credible, measurable brand. All items are small; together they change how professional Salori reads.

Account and measurement

Website credibility pass

04 · Campaign 1 · Monsoon Soirée

The launch vehicle is already on the calendar.

Monsoon Soirée departs 29 August: a women-only escape, about two weeks out. It is the perfect first loop of the flywheel, run at small scale to test everything before the bigger December push.

WindowBeatWhat goes out
Countdown · 14 to 28 Aug
D-14 to D-10 Why this trip exists Dina rapid-fire: "Why we made a women-only monsoon trip." Carousel: the itinerary in five frames. Story poll: "Monsoon person or summer person?"
D-9 to D-5 Who you will meet Curator introduction reel. Member testimonial from a past Salori event. FAQ story series answering the real objections: safety, solo joiners, fitness level, what is included.
D-4 to D-1 Final call "Last seats" reel in Dina's voice, packing-list story (saveable), countdown stickers, direct WhatsApp CTA in every caption.
Live coverage · 29 Aug to 2 Sept
Daily The trip, as it happens Morning story sequence, one reel per day filmed on location, member voice clips. A simple shot list travels with the group so coverage does not depend on inspiration.
Harvest · 3 to 9 Sept
Within 7 days Proof Recap film (45 to 60 seconds), three testimonial reels, a photo set for the website, a written recap for the blog and press outreach. This becomes the sales material for Kohima & Hornbill.

What this campaign is really for: filling remaining seats is the visible goal, but the deeper goal is rehearsing the flywheel end to end, with real analytics, before the December departure where the stakes are higher.

05 · PR · September onwards

Press works best after the trip, not before.

The agreed strategy is website first, PR second. We hold the press push until Monsoon Soirée returns, because then the story arrives with photographs, named members, and a founder who has just done the thing she is describing. That is a far stronger pitch than a launch announcement.

The narrative

Salori is group travel for grown-ups. Not a tour operator, not a singles trip: a membership-feel community where small groups of 8 to 20 travel around the four things they actually care about, with curators who know the place and mentors who hold the group together. The line that carries every pitch: come for what inspires you, stay for the people.

Three story angles

Founder

The Gurgaon founder building friendship into travel

Dina's story: why loneliness among successful adults is the real problem Salori solves, and why travel is the fastest way to build real friendships.

Trend

Women-only travel is growing up

Monsoon Soirée as the hook: what women in Delhi NCR actually want from a group trip, told through members who just came back. Pitched to lifestyle desks.

Local

The photowalk that became a travel club

The Sunder Nursery community events as a city story: how offline gatherings in Delhi are quietly feeding a new kind of travel brand.

For immediate release

Salori Life is betting that the cure for adult loneliness is a boarding pass

The Gurgaon startup takes small groups of strangers on curated trips built around fitness, art, culture and food. Its first women-only departure just returned from the monsoon.

Gurgaon, September 2026. Salori Life, a community-led travel startup founded by Dina Chadha, has completed its first women-only departure, the Monsoon Soirée, a five-day escape that brought together [number] women from across Delhi NCR, most of whom had never met before the trip.

Salori builds its trips around four pillars: fitness and wellbeing, art and creativity, culture and history, and food and fun. Groups are kept small, between 8 and 20 travellers, and every departure travels with a curator who knows the destination and a mentor whose job is the group itself: the conversations, the pace, the people.

"[Quote from Dina: why she started Salori, one or two sentences in her natural voice.]"

The company's next departure, Kohima & Hornbill, takes couples to Nagaland's Hornbill Festival from 5 to 11 December. Between trips, Salori runs open community events in Delhi NCR, including its photowalk series at Sunder Nursery.

"[Quote from a Monsoon Soirée member: what surprised her about travelling with strangers.]"

Trips and community events are listed at thesalori.com. The community shares its life at @salori.life on Instagram.

Subject: A women-only monsoon trip where nobody knew each other (Delhi NCR story)

Hi [name],

Last week, [number] women came back from five days in the monsoon with a group of complete strangers. By day two they were not strangers. That is the whole product.

Salori Life is a Gurgaon travel startup founded by Dina Chadha that builds small-group trips around fitness, art, culture and food, with a mentor on every departure whose only job is the group itself. Between trips they run photowalks at Sunder Nursery that keep the community alive in the city.

I can offer you Dina for an interview, members from the trip who will speak on record, and a full photo set from the departure. Happy to send the images over if useful.

06 · The social engine

One platform, five buckets, a cadence that survives busy weeks.

Instagram is the only platform in phase one, run to a rhythm the team can actually keep. The mix leans hard on the two formats that already outperform.
